Today's hair care tip is about natural shampoo. Did you know that switching from commercial shampoos to naturally made shampoo is a better choice health wise. Now I know that commercial shampoos are very convenient to use because it lather the way you want and it feels more effective than natural shampoos can give you. But the question is, is it really effective on what they are advertised for? Is it good for you scalp and to your skin? Let me tell you something about this products and why natural shampoos are better for your hair.

Natural shampoos doesn't have that pleasant smell nor it lathers up like your usual commercial shampoo, but you have to get used to it if you want to have healthier scalp and skin. Why? Because unlike natural shampoos, commercial shampoos are made from ingredients that are harmful to your health. This chemicals are linked to various diseases like hormonal imbalance, skin inflammation, dandruff, allergies, skin diseases and cancer.

Manufacturers of shampoos are constantly using toxic chemicals that they actually disregard its harmful effects to the body. To exactly identify these chemicals, I listed it below for you to be aware if these are present in your current hair conditioners.

  • Isopropyl alcohol
  • Propylene Glycol
  • Methylparaben
  • Distearate
  • Cetearyl alcohol
These chemicals are used in different forms not ideal for our health. Read your shampoos label and see if these chemicals are present.

Natural shampoos can be in a form of herbal or you can make your own natural hair conditioner. There are different herbs that are ideal for hair and you just have to exert a little effort to make one. Research all forms of natural herbs mixes that can be an alternative product for your shampoo. All of this are in the Internet itself.

Remember that natural are your best ally just like in foods and other things. Processed, chemical, unnatural and cultured products are always have negative effects in the body. Use herbal products for your hair and enjoy more natural, shiny and healthy hair and scalp everyday! ...link
