Weight Loss

You know you are experiencing yo-yo dieting, but do not know how to stop it? It is time to get your balance back. The 10 following easy weight loss tips will help you lose weight in a healthy way:

1) You should first eat all the low calorie foods from your plate first and work your way up to the ones that contain lots of calories. That way when you get to the foods rich in calories you will eat far less of them because you are already full.

2) If you just have to drink some commercial juice you can dilute it with water to make it contain fewer calories.

3) Juice and sodas contain a lot of calories. Don’t make the mistake of thinking that they aren’t food. You should drink at most 1 glass of juice per day. If you can avoid drinking juice at all the better.

4) Always eat at home or take your homemade food with you wherever you go. It takes a while to get used to and some people might think that you are eccentric but you will
lose a lot of weightthis way and they will all be jealous of you later.

5) Get into the habit of keeping a food journal. Write down everything you eat during the day. That way you can look back and see exactly why you are not losing weight, getting fatter or in the happy cases
losing weight.

6) Instead of drinking diet sodas try drinking vegetable juices and even fruit juices. A tomato juice can replace a diet Coke anytime of the day.

7) Use your imagination to make your vegetable meals more appetizing. For example you can add maple syrup on carrots and add nuts to your salads to give then an extra crunchy feel.

If you are trying to eat more vegetables daily you can try eating more vegetables soups. They too can be considered vegetables and they are super healthy.

9) Dinner plates are much bigger than salad plates and make you eat more food. From now on you should eat all your meals form a salad plate.

10) Always take your lunch to work with you. Eating out is supper fattening because you don’t know what went into making the food you are eating. If you make your own food you know exactly how many calories you are eating.
